Salesperson - Full-Time Retail

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. The Full‑Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides of the business, greets and engages customers, processes sales, loans, and related transactions, and assists with customer inquiries and problem resolution.

Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.

Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.

Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.

Successfully completes the assigned training.

Ability to work with firearms and to obtain firearms certification.

May be asked to assist a customer on the exterior of the building or retrieve products from exterior storage areas.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.

Cash handling experience preferred.

Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Computer literate and able to operate Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) systems and common office machines.

Unlimited commission above hourly base rate, up to 8% on transactions.
