Electrical EngineerThe Electrical Engineer works within cross-functional teams, including other designers, customers, manufacturing, and project leadership to ensure robust, high-quality product development. In this role, you will research and develop new electrical systems and circuits for various applications, capturing plans through detailed schematics and system specifications. Design and develop technical solutions without assistance in a limited number of technical fields supporting common segments/technologies. Attend and interact in technical customer meetings. Research system ideas and draw up plans for these systems. Design, modify, and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica's needs. Create designs in line with Celestica's procedures, regulations, and customer standards. Liaise with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams. Create Schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Diagrams, and Drawings. Analyze and Interpret Data and Information. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Engineering Foundation Competencies. Working knowledge of PCB & PCBA manufacturing processes along with industry and quality standards; Knowledge of IT platforms and database design. Able to summarize layout experience based on customer requirements. Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
