Head of Sales Management

A strong-performing division of Green Bay Packaging is looking for a leader to build on an already successful operation and drive the next level of strategic growth. You’ll lead four diverse teams bringing alignment, accountability, and collaboration across the business to unlock the next level of performance.

Now we need a leader who can elevate performance even further. Someone who puts people first, leads by example, and is willing to step in wherever needed to move the business forward.

This is a visible role with the ability to influence both short-term results and long-term growth.

Partner with the President/GM to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive divisional results.

Drive sales growth and profitability by expanding key accounts while opening new customers and markets.

Use data, tools, and reporting to identify opportunities and drive smarter, faster decisions.

Lead, develop, and engage Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance accountability.

Establish sales goals, metrics, budgets, and forecasts; Facilitate sales meetings and represent the organization at customer events (including occasional evenings/weekends).

5+ years of progressive success in direct sales, including significant experience opening new accounts.

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple functions while balancing competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong coaching, development, and motivational skills.
• Strong commercial background with solid business acumen and financial understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
