Illustrator / Graphic Design

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual solutions that strengthen and evolve the Matthews™ brand across both property marketing and corporate initiatives. This individual will support a wide range of projects, from property-specific collateral and transaction marketing to agent branding, recruiting, social media, internal communications, events, and other corporate creative needs.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design, layout, typography, and brand consistency, with the ability to translate written or verbal direction into polished creative concepts. This individual should stay current on design trends, bring new ideas to the table, and be comfortable producing work across print, digital, video, and other emerging formats.This position will be on-site in our Scottsdale, AZ office.Responsibilities:Design and produce a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, social media graphics, recruiting materials, postcards, event materials, and other branded assets.Support both property-specific marketing initiatives and corporate campaigns across the Matthews™ platform.Conceptualize and develop creative solutions based on written briefs, verbal direction, or business objectives.Maintain and elevate Matthews™ brand standards across all creative materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.Collaborate with Marketing, brokerage, recruiting, leadership, and other departments to develop creative materials that support company-wide initiatives.Prepare final production files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and proper specifications.Assist with video and motion graphics projects as needed.Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, streamline production workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining brand consistency and creative oversight.Stay current on design trends, technologies, and creative best practices and identify opportunities to evolve Matthews™ visual communications.Requirements:Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and brand development.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent, on-brand creative standards.Ability to interpret creative direction and transform ideas into polished visual concepts.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.The Right Candidate Will:Have a strong eye for visual composition and a genuine interest in design, branding, and visual storytelling.Bring creative ideas to the table rather than simply executing assigned tasks.Be comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and creative workflows.Stay current on design trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve creative output.Be communicative, flexible, organized, and precise under tight deadlines.Be comfortable giving and receiving constructive creative feedback.Take ownership of projects from concept through final execution.Have a desire to contribute beyond day-to-day responsibilities and add value across the Marketing department and Matthews™ platform.Possess an appetite for career growth, professional development, and continued creative improvement. employment with MREIS is subject to proven merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, gender, religion, national origin/ethnicity, disability status, veteran status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.
