HOURLY WAGE $14.00

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking full-time Retail Donation Attendant. Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsible for receiving all donated items from customers donating at Goodwill Retail Sore. Responsible for sorting all donations into proper categories. Assist customers with donations.

Receive donations: greet donors, accept and unload donated materials, and thank donors for their donated items.

Assist customers in the disposal of recycled materials.

Customer service activities (including but not limited to) greeting, assisting, and thanking donors in a positive/professional manner.

Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
