Facilities Maintenance / Handyman - Healthcare facility

Facilities Technician Onsite role (5 days/week at office location) at our Salt Lake City office. As a member of the Facilities team, our Facilities Technicians will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: Facilities Technician would have a high school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate’s degree in a related field preferred and 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Skills and Attributes: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including experience with CMMS software and hardware.
Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring.
Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software (e.What You Will Do at Cambia: Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
Install and upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.
Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance activities.
Travel required locally or out of state. Location & Compensation Utah: The expected hiring range is 23.04 - 31.17 per hour, the full salary range is 21.60 - $35.50 hour. and the bonus target is 5%.
