This is an excellent opportunity to launch your plumbing career by learning hands-on from experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will earn while you learn, gaining the real-world skills and training needed to advance toward your Journeyman license.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Journeyman and Master Plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, sewers, and water heatersPerform basic plumbing tasks such as pipe cutting, fitting assembly, and fixture installation under direct supervisionTransport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sitesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sitesFollow all safety protocols, building codes, and company proceduresSupport senior plumbers with emergency service calls as neededComplete required classroom or technical training as part of an apprenticeship programMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredEnrollment in or willingness to enroll in a licensed plumbing apprenticeship programBasic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the tradeAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamStrong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces, at heights, or outdoors in varying weather conditionsPrior construction, maintenance, or trade experience a plus but not requiredCompensationBase salary: $34,000 – $47,500 per year, depending on experience and locationHourly equivalent: $16 – $23/hour, with increases as apprenticeship milestones are metTop earners in high-demand markets: up to $56,500+Overtime pay available (1.5x standard rate)Pay increases tied to apprenticeship progressionBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany-provided vehicle or vehicle allowanceUniforms and equipment suppliedPaid on-the-job trainingTuition/apprenticeship program supportClear career path to Journeyman and Master PlumberCareer advancement opportunitiesWe believe in building careers from the ground up.
