RN Hospice Care - Weekend

Registered Nurse (RN), Hospice
As a hospice registered nurse (RN) you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our hospice patients through delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. You'll effectively interact with patients, significant others, and our health care team members while maintaining standards of professional care.
***$20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates***
Fleet vehicle (2026 Subaru Crosstrek) available for full time eligible employees after orientation and vehicle application procedure.

Fleet Vehicles are permitted to be used for work AND personal use
All fuel costs for a fleet vehicle (for work AND personal) are covered by PHH
Qualifications:

Have a current Pennsylvania RN License or Temporary Practice Permit
Have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
Have current automobile coverage
Have 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, required
Have previous hospice or home health experience, preferred
Have Healthcare Provider CPR
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Have strong teaching skills
Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Have availability to participate in department call schedule
