Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse-Home Healthcare

NightHours per Shift: 12Experience: Minimum of 2 years MS/Tele experience requiredLicense: Valid RN license requiredCertifications: BLS, NIHSS required; ACLS preferredMust-Have: EPIC requiredDescription: 13-week contract. Four weekend shifts are required per contract. Full contract length is required. You will be required to confirm your understanding of the patient ratios and team nursing model for the unit during the offer process. Floating to a designated sister facility is required on rare occasions. Team nursing model includes an LPN and RN team nursing ratio of 1:8. A solo RN ratio is 1:5-6. You will work with interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and rapid response teams. The patient age group will include adults and geriatrics. Special procedures and equipment may be utilized depending on patient needs. Travel experience is required.
