We are a residential detox center dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and clinically sound care for individuals beginning their recovery from alcohol and substance use. Our team offers 24/7 support in a structured, home-like environment where clients can stabilize physically, start healing emotionally, and take their first steps toward long-term wellness.
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist who embodies our core values to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy care to our patients, collaborating with our team of therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff.
This is an on-site, where you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care at our center. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on admission, including substance use history, mental health, medical, family, social, legal, and environmental factors.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning with nursing, medical staff, and counselors; Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning, including referrals to residential or outpatient treatment, MAT providers, mental health services, housing, and community supports.
follow facility safety protocols.
Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation in the electronic medical record, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Educate patients and families about community resources, support groups (e.g., Participate in daily clinical rounds, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives; contribute to policy development and program enhancement.
Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Current and active state licensure and certification for (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC).
Compassion and empathy in working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards.
