The Opportunity

Up to $150k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Seeking Board Certified General Anesthesiology physicians.
New grads encouraged to apply.
Block skills preferred.
ACLS required.
Current CA state license is a plus.
Calls fairly shared amongst all members with lots of flexibility to type and amount of calls taken.
Case assignment based on personal preference.

Average daily census of 401-500 with over 20,000 surgical cases per year.
Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population.
Well equipped with up-to-date anesthesia equipment and resources; 24/7 anesthesia techs.
No OB, transplants, residents, or CRNAs.

Estimated annual base compensation of $620,000. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
