Registered Nurse Healthcare PRN Weekends

Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center is a 94‑bed facility dedicated to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.

Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.

Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.

Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to the RN comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of residence.

Current/active CPR certification.

Customer‑service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.

Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
