Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Technician.
Position Type: Full-time contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905 (Onsite/1st shift/Mon-Fri)

As an Facilities Technician you will:
This Facilities Tech D will provide support as a skilled technician (replacement).
This Tech D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate all program requirements.
You must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle to travel to all 5 sites in Brevard.
Will be on call for Program critical equipment issues.
Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc.
Role is customer focused; Will work in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously.

• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Microsoft Suite basic skills
• Basic computer skills

This position qualifies for a Referral Bonus amount of $250-$1000 dollars. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
