1st shift - Material Handler (temp to perm)

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operations that ensure the efficient and safe processing of products. Job Title: Material Handler

Shift: 1st shift

Lift and transport totes weighing up to 50lbs to support production activities

Operate machinery that fills totes with liquid smoke, ensuring proper setup and monitoring

Use forklifts to move completed totes to the shipping area safely and efficiently

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a hazard-free work environment

Perform routine inspections for defects or malfunctions that could impact product quality

Ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably and operate forklifts (training provided if needed)

Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues

Engagement in a vital role supporting the company's manufacturing operations

Participation in comprehensive safety and food safety training programs
