AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at AdventHealth Palm Coast.

This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs seeking flexible scheduling, competitive hourly compensation, and a collaborative clinical environment in a growing coastal Florida community.

Base PRN Rate: $175/hour

Earn up to $200/hour through our approved PRN incentive program

Work 5 pre-scheduled shifts per month, with a minimum of 8 hours per shift

Qualifying shifts receive a retroactive increase to $200/hour

Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for increased earning potential

8-, 10-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts available

Flexible scheduling based on availability
