The Product Practice & Enablement team drives transformation by modernizing work, learning, and value delivery. The team focuses on four core areas:
Strategic Upskilling: Equipping PMs with world‑class frameworks for strategy, data‑backed decisions, and solving complex customer problems.
AI‑Enabled Discovery: Leading the “AI Understand” roadmap to integrate generative and agentic technologies into the PM workflow.
Accelerated Experimentation: Developing initiatives that accelerate learning and market validation by bypassing traditional bottlenecks.
XFN Operating Models: Refining cross‑functional working models to align teams toward shared goals and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
At least 7 years of product management experience.
Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees (to be obtained by the start date):
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related).
Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
Experience with AI‑enabled product discovery and experimentation.
Salary and Benefits
McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900
Philadelphia, PA: $209,500 - $239,100
Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100
Wilmington, DE: $209,500 - $239,100
Additional compensation may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
