Serve meals and beverages to residents, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are observed.

Assist residents in making meal choices, taking into consideration their individual needs and tastes.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and communicate residents’ needs effectively.

Monitor residents' food intake and report any concerns regarding nutrition or dietary needs to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with special events and social gatherings as directed, including theme nights or holiday celebrations.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to serving in an assisted living environment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with staff and residents.

Knowledge of dietary needs and food safety practices is a plus.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
