Warehouse Attendant

The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for operating forklifts, pulling product for will calls, organizing truck loads, using RF scanning technology to locate and pick products, and stocking small parts. The role requires a customer-focused approach, quick and accurate order fulfillment, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, stellar attendance, and a commitment to safety and growth.

Warehouse Duties Include: Operating Forklifts (sit down, reach trucks, order pickers, etc), pulling product for Will Calls , organizing truck loads to their proper locations when trucks are received, using RF scanning technology for locating/picking product, and stocking small parts as needed.

Customer Focused – we serve all our customers, including dealers, business owners, HVACR companies and consolidators. We meet customers’ needs by delivering on our promises at the counter in our locations. We do this by being present and in person with our customers and by pulling and fulfilling orders quickly and correctly.

Follow the correct processes, stay focused, load and unload trucks and trailers to maximize space, and ensure safety without damage to products.

Coordinate sales efforts with the warehouse, counter sales, and inside sales teams.

Sense of Urgency – put customers first, react quickly, be proactive and self‑motivated.

Learn & Understand the Entire Business – training program involves learning warehouse systems and forklifts, as well as understanding our customer service, win calls, and supporting the branch organization.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 2 years of forklift driving or warehouse experience

Good command of Microsoft Office applications.

Enthusiastic, energetic, creative, customer-focused professional.
