Job Description Summary The Aeroderivative Program Manager will report into the

LMS100 Product Management Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic

integration of business and Fleet programs. resolution of systemic product quality issues through collaboration, alignment,

and execution across the horizontal functions in the Gas Power business. Responsible for driving strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI,

New Unit, I&C, and fleet implementation Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic product quality issues assigned

Value Streams Drive NPI toll gate processes for business and fleet improvements

Implement action plans for long term fixes to address product quality issues

customization, modification and upgrade (CM&U) campaigns and develop new NPI

kick-off RAM programs to address fleet issues Ensure services operations team is

forecasting parts for critical service bulletins based on regional events

outlook Fleet Management: Harness fleet event data, borescope inspection

product reliability & quality and feed that intelligence into outage forecasting

Manage customer communication for product fleet issues Report out on quality

Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or

business-related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of experience on Gas Turbine

leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project
