Phlebotomist Opportunity

As a Phlebotomist, you are a vital part of the patient experience and the diagnostic process. Your accuracy, professionalism, and ability to put patients at ease help ensure reliable test results while building trust during every interaction.
What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established practices and procedures
Verify patient demographic information and specimen labeling, obtaining patient confirmation post-collection
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality of patient information
Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision in a fast-paced setting
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable
Ability to meet compliance requirements
