The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business - managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses.

This is a part-time position reporting to the Franchise Owner.

Hire, train, and manage employees.

Educate and promote services to our customers.

Manage inventory and monitor equipment.

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may also be obtained during training.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, finance, recreation, accounting or applicable experience.

Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner). Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
