Caseworker (Full Time)

Key Qualifications

Hold a valid Colorado state licensure in one of the following: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or MSW

State SSP (Special Services Provider) credential required

Experience in schools or working with children and adolescents (K-12 preferred)

Proficient in counseling, crisis intervention, IEP process, and case management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skilled at working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities

Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students across all grade levels

Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to assessments and documentation

Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed in response to emergent situations

Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring thorough case management for each student

Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive school climate

Support the creation and implementation of interventions that address both individual student needs and school-wide mental health initiatives
