Full Time Front Desk Receptionist

General Purpose The primary purpose of your job position is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone. It is limited to clerical duties only and located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area. ***Essential Duties Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
Maintain and tidy the reception area.
Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Qualification Education and/or Experience Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multiline phone system.
