Evening Hostess - Part-Time | 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
Aviva Pembroke is a premier senior living community dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for the residents who call our community home. We believe dining is about more than a meal—it is an opportunity to provide great service, build relationships, and create an enjoyable experience for our residents.
We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Evening Hostess to join our Dining Services team.
This is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking for consistent evening hours in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
As an Evening Hostess, you will help create a positive dining experience from the moment residents and guests arrive. Warmly greet and seat residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Help manage dining room traffic flow and ensure residents receive prompt, attentive service.
Serve as a primary resident services contact during the evening meal period.
Coordinate seating to help balance responsibilities among dining room servers.
Assist with the orientation and training of new Dining Room team members.
Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Attend required in-service training and staff meetings.
Maintain dependable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and guests.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well with residents, families, guests, and team members.
Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently work the 4:00 PM-7:00 PM evening schedule .
Previous restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Part-time evening hours - 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
