BAS Healthcare is partnering with a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in East St. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse and underserved population while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule and strong work life balance.

100% Outpatient Internal/Family Medicine

• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications, administer immunizations, and manage chronic disease care
• Emphasis on preventive care , wellness visits, and population health
• Deliver culturally sensitive care with attention to social determinants of health
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including APPs, nurses, and specialists
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives
• Document all encounters accurately and timely in the EHR
• Monday Friday daytime schedule
• Occasional travel to other clinic locations, as needed

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
