Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and day‑to‑day direction for federally funded programs. This role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services across workforce development, economic self‑sufficiency, family stability, and related support initiatives. Bachelor's degree in related field.- Bachelors with 5 years of experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience- 5-7 years of experience in program management required- Experience working with large-scale employee placement agencies, especially within the government services or benefits space- Experience with E & T or TANF is preferred- Workforce services or experience in a similar setting required

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
