TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Burlington, North Carolina, 27215!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as Needed | Onsite
Provide direct inpatient nursing care to a diverse patient population with multiple co-morbidities, including a specialized stroke and neuro patient population
Monitor and manage telemetry patients, including remote monitoring and on-unit telemetry observation
Perform and manage vascular access procedures including IV starts, peripheral line care, central line care and management, PICC line management, and port access
Administer blood products and manage feeding tube care
Implement isolation precautions and perform wound care, including wound vac management
Float to other system campuses as needed and maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–1:6
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
EPIC EMR experience required
Telemetry experience with remote monitoring required
On-unit telemetry monitoring experience preferred
Familiarity with nasal cannula oxygen delivery and respiratory support
