Job Description In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Shifts
19–$22 per hour | Part-Time or Full-Time

FirstLight Home Care is hiring dependable caregivers for clients in San Marcos and nearby North County communities .

Choose from flexible 4- to 12-hour shifts , including:
Day and evening shifts
Overnights
Weekdays and weekends
19–$22 per hour

• Flexible scheduling
• Paid orientation and training
• Local office support
• Reimbursement for required business mileage and cellphone use

Caregiver Responsibilities
Depending on the client’s care plan, you may assist with:
Companionship
Incontinence care
Dementia care and redirection
Light housekeeping
Comfortable providing personal care
Reliable personal vehicle
Current auto insurance
Willing to travel to nearby client homes
Home Care Aide registration or willingness to complete it
Able to complete required background clearance, health screening, and onboarding
Professional or personal caregiving experience is preferred, but paid training is available for dependable candidates who are ready to learn.
