Head of Programme Management

Program ManagerSupervise the delivery of high-quality residential services to the individuals receiving support from Community Strategies in Westboro, Massachusetts. Support a culture that develops superior agency wide operations through a leadership role in Community Strategies.Coordinates and supervises daily residential and program activities including supervision of staff, maintenance of residence, and teaching personal care of the consumers.Ensure high-quality residential services to all individuals delivered within a team management approachAble to apply all the basic tenants of Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) in work with individuals and staffRepresent CRJ/CS in meetings with stakeholders, including funders, families, guardians, regulatory and review committees and agenciesHire, train, supervise and manage the performance of program operations staff with particular focus on each of the Residential Directors.Provide on-call support in the evening and on weekends for the group home(s) in conjunction with the Residential Director, Clinical Department and Nursing Department.Organizes and facilitates opportunities for community integration in leisure and vocational areas for all consumers as well as maintaining open communications with the consumers family, service coordinators and responsible outside Departments.Helps and supports individuals develop confidence and accountability to the rules of society and the structure of the programEnsures all the proper documentation of individual care in the HCSIS and Electronic Medical Records system as well as trains all staff on the proper handling of information.Manages program funds and supervises personal finances for each of the individuals.Implement Policies and Procedures in accordance with the regulations of the State of Massachusetts and consistent with CRJ agency practiceResearches and utilizes all available means of therapy in relation to each client's individual needs.Ensure all performance reviews are conducted annually and provide on-going supervision to all staff.Insure that complete and appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with the Department of Developmental Services and Community Resources for Justice Regulations and policies.Performs other job-related projects and activities as requested or directed.The current designations in these specific locations are Stabilization, Behavioral and Medical. Additional responsibilities will be outlined by the Residential Director in accordance with the contract or service agreement for that specific location.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree, preferredTwo years of management experience in Human Services, preferredThree years of experience with DD or ID populations, management experience preferredBilingual, bicultural, encouragedPrior experience in residential treatment and/or community-based group homes, preferredExcellent writing skills, including the ability to write detailed and extensive reportsExcellent expressive language skills, both in 1:1 and group settings. Travel to administrative offices in Shirley is required.
