Merchandiser

16.50 - $24.50 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to the parts specialist if necessary.

Check out customers purchasing front-floor merchandise quickly and politely.

Handle merchandise returns from customers efficiently.

Keep the front area stocked and fronted, stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays, and complete sales preparation.

Check in, price, put up stock and keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.

Ensure all "sale" signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.

Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.

Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.

Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks.

Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.

Clock in/out according to company policy.

Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
