About The Role
Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, one of the nation’s largest heating and air conditioning companies, is seeking a hard-working, high-energy experienced Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team! As a dispatcher for our home service company, you’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by coordinating service calls, supporting our field technicians, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations efficiently and on time

Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

Monitor the status of jobs throughout the day and adjust scheduling as needed

Work closely with the service team to solve logistical issues quickly

Enter and update job details in dispatch software

Help keep the day organized, productive, and moving forward

What We’re Looking For

Dispatch experience required

Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
