Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
