Licensed Practical Nurse Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical case management services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Responsibilities

Conduct new client intakes
Participate in accurate and detailed management of all client medications
Participate in medication administration as needed
Ensure effective documentation of all medication administration in assigned timeframe
Communicate with and update client's parent/family, if applicable, on any medical concerns
Provide medication administration support to direct care staff and ensure that proper medical documentation and quality control occurs
Provide medical check-ins with clients and be the primary medical care provider while on base
Participate in a rotating on call schedule
Be available for medical consultation/expertise for all base/field scenarios when on call
Support campus RN as required
Collaborate with campus RN to keep client charts up to date
Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing
Current North Carolina state licensure as an LPN
Experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health
Preferred Qualifications

~ Bachelor's degree in nursing
