Part-Time: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

• 8-Hour Shifts
• 39-Bed Facility
• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

CNA will provide resident care according to an approved care plan
Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
Understand and practice infection control procedures
Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
Report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately
