Weekly Pay Package

Weekly Gross Pay: $1,840

Weekly Taxable Pay: $540

Weekly Non-Taxable Pay: $1,300

We are seeking an experienced Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week assignment at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment, and flexibility to float to other units or areas as needed.

This opportunity offers a consistent three-night weekly schedule, with required weekend and holiday availability. No on-call shifts are required.

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Assist with the coordination and delivery of perioperative patient care.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other members of the surgical team.

Maintain a safe, sterile operating room environment and follow infection prevention protocols.

Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with established surgical procedures and facility policies.

Verify patient identification, surgical site, procedure details, and required documentation.

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and support continuity of patient care.

Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and perioperative emergencies.

Float to designated areas as required by facility staffing needs.

Maintain flexibility for required weekend and holiday shifts.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Texas.

Previous operating room or perioperative nursing experience.

Strong knowledge of surgical safety, sterile technique, and perioperative nursing standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary surgical team.

Availability to work the required night schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Contract: 13 weeks.

Shift: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM.

Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Three 12-hour shifts per week.

Weekends and holidays: Required as scheduled by the facility.

Competitive weekly gross pay of $1,840.
