Brainerd, MN is situated an easy 125 miles north of Minneapolis. The area boasts over 465 lakes, ideal for boating, swimming, and fishing, along with miles of trails for biking, hiking, roller-blading, snowmobiling, or ATV riding through lakes, rivers, and forests.
Facility: This facility is part of an integrated health system that includes a 165-bed hospital - St. Joseph's Medical Center and a 100+ physician multi-specialty group representing 25 medical specialties providing care at 7 locations. The organization serves a regional area of 115,000 people and is known for its comprehensive approach to healthcare.
Opportunity: BC/BE - Gastroenterology Join a current team of 1 MD and 2 APPs in a practice that offers a balanced mix of endoscopy (70%), clinic work (20%), and inpatient care (10%). This position allows you to practice "bread and butter" GI while being supported by an IM hospitalist service for all admissions.
Job Details:
Call schedule is manageable at just 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week
No buy-in required

Compensation structure of $570,000 greater of salary or floor
Potential for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
