Patient Care: Assist in administering hormone replacement therapies and weight loss solutions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and/or Physician—ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for each patient.

Blood Draws: Perform blood draws and other necessary venipuncture with precision and care, ensuring accurate results and patient comfort.

Relationship Building: Engage with patients during their visits, creating a warm and supportive environment that fosters trust and open communication.

Provide patients with education about their treatment plans, lifestyle adjustments, and overall wellness, empowering them to take charge of their health.

Community Environment: Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies, including HIPAA guidelines.

Administrative Support: Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California

Proficiency in performing blood draws and handling lab work

A genuine interest in health and wellness

Ability to build rapport and connect with patients on a personal level

Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Flexibility to work weekends and train in Chino Hills
