We are currently seeking a dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate pediatric case in Netcong, NJ. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with families and providing exceptional clinical care, we'd love to have you on our team.
Patient: 4-year-old girl
40.00 per hour

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
Monitor the patient's health, comfort, and safety throughout each shift
Administer medications and treatments according to the physician's plan of care
Manage tracheostomy/ventilator care, GJ tube feedings, nebulizer treatments, chest vest therapy, cough assist, and suctioning
Partner with the family and interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding patient care
Active New Jersey LPN license
Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved medical exemption
