Head of Internal Communications

Job Title: Engagement Survey Support

Department: Talent and Development Center of Expertise in Human Resources.

15-20 hours a week (hours flexible from week to week)
• Some early morning starting between 7am-8am depending on meetings and evening meetings to be available 6:00 PM-10:00 PM (approx. This person will be note taking, building slides, and managing a translation process. Must have a flexible schedule; meetings outside of normal working hours will be arranged as needed with the contractor. Administrative support (scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, summarizing meetings, preparing agendas, etc.)
Communication support (PowerPoint, SharePoint, some writing)
The Communications Coordinator will help execute communication tactics within a variety of channels to reach key audiences and meet specific communications objectives. In this role, you will work with other members of the global communications team to distribute communications and track performance using common tools and procedures. You'll help your communication partners with a variety of communications including: managing logistics of small events, large meetings, or team town halls; sending and tracking newsletter performance; and updating internal intranet sites. You'll display familiarity with internal and external communications to reach various audiences. Create communications based on routine assignments. Use existing procedures to produce consistent and on-brand communications. Develop business acumen to understand the company and its customers. Interact with the immediate communications team and within the global group. Comments for Suppliers: Job description needs discussion - this is a blended admin and communications role.
