Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine centers to keep operations running smoothly.
Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to fabricate and modify equipment.
Perform welding and cutting tasks with precision and safety.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in welding, fabrication, machine assembly, and alignment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Previous Millwright experience.
Comfortable working in environments with wood dust and varying temperatures.
Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends.

Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of $38.57 – $45.67 per hour based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.
