Head of Operations & Business Management

The Opportunity Fortitude Family Office is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operational functions while building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team.

Lead, manage, and develop the operations team, fostering accountability, growth, and a high-performance culture
Oversee the end-to-end client account lifecycle, including account opening and maintenance at Charles Schwab
Review and approve client transactions, including wires, deposits, journals, and other cash movements
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client and financial data through oversight of data entry, reconciliation, and auditing processes
Oversee and support account service requests initiated by advisors and clients
Develop, document, and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices
10+ years of operational experience within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or wealth management environment

• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a strong focus on coaching and development
• Demonstrated ability to lead processes, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM and operational systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
