Remote Head of Growth

Role Overview Own and drive go-to-market strategy and execution for high-priority Ideal Customer Profiles, generating pipeline and expanding market presence for Cortex, our Enterprise AI product. You will lead outbound and account-based initiatives, translate market signals into compelling messaging, and work directly with leadership to shape growth direction. This is a remote, full-time role on the core team at micro1, the AI data lab that converts expert subject matter knowledge into high-quality training data and evaluations to improve frontier models.

Key Responsibilities

Own growth strategy and day-to-day execution across priority ICPs, including account research and market mapping.

Plan and run outbound initiatives, follow-up sequences, and performance tracking to build and convert top-of-funnel opportunities.

Interpret market signals, company triggers, and buyer priorities to craft messaging that aligns Cortex solutions with high-value prospects.

Lead GTM initiatives such as event strategies, campaign narratives, and thematic market research.

Collaborate closely with leadership on high-value accounts, strategic partnerships, and new growth initiatives.

Analyze growth performance, iterate on GTM tactics, and continuously improve top-of-funnel effectiveness.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in growth, go-to-market strategy, business development, sales, venture capital, private equity, or similar commercial roles in fast-paced environments.

Required skills include go-to-market strategy, market research, performance analysis, strategic partnership development, problem-solving, and a self-starter mentality.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to translate complex ideas into actionable messaging.

Strong research, analytical, and market mapping abilities.

Comfortable owning ambiguous problems from idea through execution, and experienced developing outbound strategies or supporting GTM initiatives to drive top-of-funnel growth.

Collaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting high-impact GTM initiatives such as event strategy, account-based growth, or strategic partnership development.

Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and outbound growth strategies.

Prior exposure to SaaS, AI, or technology-driven businesses.

Compensation

Listed compensation for the core team, $130, 000 - $170, 000 per year.

National pay range notice, base salary for this full-time position is $100, 000 - $140, 000 USD.

All employees are eligible for equity compensation.

Employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.
