PanCare of Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Seasonal Telehealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our School Health team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to students in a school-based setting while supporting telehealth visits conducted by licensed providers. You will be at the forefront of working closely with healthcare professionals and patients to optimize treatment outcomes. Providing direct nursing care to students under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed provider
Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
Assisting providers during telehealth visits, exams, treatments, and clinical assessments
Preparing students for examinations, screenings, and telehealth encounters
Observing, documenting, and reporting student conditions, responses to medications, and treatment outcomes
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Arranging diagnostic testing and assisting with referrals and follow-up documentation
Participating in professional development and required training
At least 6 months of clinical nursing experience
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Experience working with pediatrics or in a school-based setting
