Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This exciting role requires a candidate with a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from initial client meeting to resolution. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decisions.
Stay current on developments in personal injury law and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, including significant trial experience.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
