Job Summary This role is responsible for developing, designing, and enhancing educational materials and training programs to support employee growth and organizational development. The instructional designer will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that learning objectives are met and that the materials are aligned with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in instructional design. Responsibilities The Instructional Designer will partner with Department Leadership, HR and stakeholders across the ecosystem to develop and design effective, engaging, and efficient learning experiences. Curriculum Design: Develop and design learning curriculums, materials, and experiences based on educational best practices

Instructional Materials Creation: Create educational content such as e-learning modules, presentations, handouts, and assessments.

Utilize educational technology platforms, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), multimedia, and authoring tools to deliver content.

Evaluation and Assessment: Develop assessment tools to measure learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials.

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development process of learning projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

The role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, knowledge of adult learning theories, and familiarity with technology-driven learning tools to create impactful talent and learning solutions for the organization.
