In this contract role you will travel to borrowers in and around Arvada, CO, or meet them online, to complete refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller package signings. Accuracy, professionalism, and on time document return are the keys to success.

Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Arvada and surrounding areas.
Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log.
Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline.
Ensure compliance with Colorado and federal notary laws and regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.

S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence.
Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology.
Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology.
Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
