Deliver comprehensive and continuous care to individuals and families from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Address chronic illnesses, preventive measures, acute care, and mental health with a patient-centered mindset.
Work in unison with coordinators, mental health professionals, and other specialists for total patient care.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient results and practice efficiency.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively to ensure accurate and current patient data.
Provide both in-person and telehealth services to meet diverse patient preferences and needs.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible or currently holds an active Michigan medical license.
Excellent clinical and diagnostic abilities with an emphasis on proactive and preventive healthcare.
