We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with over 12 years of enterprise software engineering experience to architect, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems. The candidate will take ownership of microservices architecture, drive system design and database strategy, and establish engineering best practices across the team. While the primary focus of this role is backend architecture and development, hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks is highly desirable to facilitate seamless full-stack integration and collaboration with web development teams. Architect, design, and implement high-throughput, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed backend systems using Java and the Spring ecosystem. Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor software engineers, and enforce best practices in software craftsmanship. Design and implement RESTful APIs, manage relational and NoSQL database schemas, optimize queries, and implement caching strategies. Diagnose performance bottlenecks, conduct memory and thread profiling, and ensure high availability and low latency across backend services. Partner with product managers, QA engineers, and frontend developers to refine technical specifications and deliver end-to-end features. Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), automated CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).Expert-level knowledge of Java (Java 11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Hibernate/JPA. Strong expertise in Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). JUnit, Mockito, integration testing, TDD, and performance profiling tools. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure cloud environments, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Git, and Maven/Gradle. Hands-on familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. v Experience integrating frontend components with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and state management frameworks (Redux/NgRx).
