Requirements

2 years of experience as a RN

Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in ICU

Qualified applicants MUST have valid ICU RN experience

Valid RN license

Be willing to obtain North Carolina licensure

Responsibilities

Provide specialized care to ICU patients across acute and subacute units as an RN, delivering compassionate, patient-centered outcomes.

Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care in alignment with ICU nursing standards and continuity of care practices.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support recovery, safety, and best possible patient experience—leveraging core ICU keywords like assessments, interventions, and outcome documentation.
