Flex Clinical Pharmacist

Pharmacist – InpatientLocation: Salina, Kansas (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 36–40 Hours per Week The Pharmacist – Inpatient is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and dispensing medications in a hospital setting while ensuring safe and effective drug therapy for patients. Must-Have Qualifications• Minimum 1–2+ years of Pharmacist experience in an inpatient or hospital setting • Active Kansas Pharmacist License (Required prior to start) • BLS Certification (AHA – Required) • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree • Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and medication managementPreferred Qualifications• Experience in acute care hospital pharmacy • Familiarity with EMR and pharmacy information systems • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skillsWork Environment• Inpatient Pharmacy Department • Onsite role in Salina, KS • Collaborative, patient-focused clinical environmentAdditional Requirements• Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting • Must comply with all pharmacy and regulatory standards
